  • Attorney Elizabeth P. Uribe was born and raised to immigrant parents in Los Angeles, California. She attended Woodrow Wilson High School where she participated in the Administration of Justice and Law Magnet.

    Ms. Uribe graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Chicana/o Studies. While at UCLA, Ms. Uribe studied abroad at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (UNAM). She received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. As a law student she was a clerk at the UC Hastings Center for Gender and Refugee Studies and the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles.

    Prior to establishing the Law Office of Elizabeth P. Uribe, Ms. Uribe was an associate attorney at the Law Office of Enrique Arevalo (2006 – 2012).

    Ms. Uribe is a member of the Mexican American Bar Association (MABA) and was President of the organization in 2013. She is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association (LACBA). Ms. Uribe has appeared as a legal commentator on Univision, Primer Impacto; Mundo Fox news; Telemundo news; and CNN Latino. She has also appeared on La Opinion and Hoy Newspapers.

    Ms. Uribe strongly believes in giving back to her community and participates in the LACBA High School Mentoring Program at Woodrow Wilson High School.
