Second Chance
We offer a 12-week union apprenticeship readiness training and placement program that provides better jobs for formerly incarcerated individuals in the building and construction trades.
Program Features
- $15/hour training stipend
- Hands-on construction training
- Industry recognized certificates
- Union job placement support
