Our Mission
The Miguel Contreras Foundation (MCF), a program partner of the LA Federation of Labor, is committed to building coalitions and aligning resources within the LA region to create equitable opportunities for all workers. By working with local agencies, labor unions, and community partners, MCF ensures that investments in workforce development address broader social challenges, such as homelessness, mutual aid, and child care.
