IMPACT MANAGER
POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Impact Manager plays a crucial role in measuring, managing, and enhancing the organization’s impact. The Impact Manager drives the programmatic and administrative evaluation plans, processes, and tools to elevate insights that influence and advance equitable client and community outcomes by leading the organization’s learning and evaluation activities. The Impact Manager is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness and impact of programs and limited administrative functions. The Impact Manager will also make recommendations to enhance programs and services and provide leadership to create a culture of equitable evaluation practice, learning, and continuous improvement. The Impact Manager will evaluate all programs to ensure they are effectively addressing the problem they aim to solve and continuously refine their approach for maximum impact.
FINANCE AND GRANTS DIRECTOR
POSITION DESCRIPTION (ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES): The Finance and Grants Director is an exempt position that works as a member of the organization’s leadership and development team under the supervision of the Executive Director. This position is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of programs, working collaboratively to ensure compliance with MCF’s internal policies and procedures as well as donor regulations. This is a senior-level position and will support the functional areas including, but not limited to funding information; regulatory and financial compliance; proposal preparation and processing; award negotiation and acceptance; monitoring of expenditures; accrual reports; post-award administration; project accounting, cash management, and cost analysis. The staff person must be able to provide compliance and finance support and mentoring for finance, operations, and program staff throughout the project.
WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT CAREER COORDINATOR / CASE MANAGER [CLOSED]
POSITION DESCRIPTION (ESSENTIAL EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITIES): The Workforce Development Career Coordinator / Case Manager oversees the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of the organization’s workforce development programming.
